Unfortunately, we cannot extend credit to you if you are under administration or debt review.
You are allowed to cancel your loan in writing within three days of signature subject to our acceptance of that cancellation.
We are here to help you. If you find that your instalment is too much for you or you run into a difficult time financially, please contact us. We are always open to extending your term and lowering your instalment.
Our associated optometrists guarantee their products and services against defective workmanship for a period of one year commencing on the date of collection. For example, a factory fault or clinical mistake will be covered. Note that this guarantee does not apply to anything that is clearly not the optometrist’s fault, such as dropping your glasses off a balcony.
Please contact your optometrist who is obligated to take all reasonable steps to help you. Please note that Specsfin does not get involved in the clinical aspects of your relationship with your optometrist.
If you feel that your optometrist has not lived up to the Specsfin Code of Conduct, please reach out to us so that we can investigate and resolve whatever issue you may have.
